My month started out well, with consistent runs and long walks and stretches. But my Morton’s Neuroma flared up and clearly, about ½ way through June, I tapered off. Disappointed and depressed (lack of adrenaline?) and demotivated, I’ve been feeling pretty crappy. But the totals are still worth noting.

I exercised 10 hours 41 minutes AND 41 seconds.

I walked, ran or swam a total of 38.98 miles!

I stretched for 2 hours 29 minutes.

I burned 5,395 calories (which means that for as fat as I am today, I could’ve been almost two pounds fatter still).
